140+ backers haven't completed their shipping details in PledgeBox — we can't ship until this is done.
- Check your Kickstarter-linked email for a PledgeBox message
- Follow the instructions to complete your info
2. DESTINATION NEEDS ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING — Action Required
Not yet covered by our standard shipping line:
Asia — South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei
Middle East — Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait
Europe — Norway, Monaco, Montenegro, Belarus
Africa — Egypt, South Africa, Nigeria
Americas — Mexico, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia
We'll contact you directly to arrange express shipping (may involve a fee) or local postal service. Please confirm promptly so we can proceed.
3. DELIVERY ISSUE ON YOUR PACKAGE — Action Required
Some packages couldn't be delivered — incomplete address, unreachable phone, missing contact info, or failed local delivery.
Tracking shows any of these? Contact us now with your full address + valid phone:
- Delivery exception
- Return to sender
- Failed delivery
- No update for a long time
Note: Carriers typically hold undeliverable packages for only 30 days. After that, they may be disposed of — and we may not be able to recover or resend at no extra cost.
